Willow (F/2YRS/27#/Spayed) has raised her 8 pups and is ready to pursue her new life. She is a bit shy at first, but warms up when she gets to know you. Willow acts and looks like a Kelpie/Doxie. The Kelpie breed offers loyalty, friendliness, and intelligence. They are energetic dogs that have to be exercised and provided mental stimulation to be great companions. With personalized attention and love Willow will be faithful and endearing.
What are the advantages of adopting a Special "Older" Mutt? First, they are rescued and are young enough to start a new life with a new family. They were given up by previous owners but still want to love and trust humans. They are crate and house trained. Already spayed/neutered. And they have so much devotion and joy to give. Not every family wants a puppy to successfully adopt a new family member and MuttSavers has the perfect Special Mutt for them!

Each week MuttSavers rescues pups and young dogs from shelters that are forced to put animals to sleep every day because of limited space and resources.
