Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hunter is 9 months old Neutered Male who will need a fence so that he can run and play as Hunter has alot of Brittany energy, so having a fence will allow him a chance to run and burn off some of his excess energy.
Meet Hunter, who’s middle name is Zig and quite frankly I think he is more of a Ziggy than he is a Hunter. If you read the book, Marley and Me, you might understand Hunter a little bit better. Although he is not afraid of thunder storms, he has many other characteristics of Marley (and just as lovable).
He wants to please but he just doesn't quite understand what pleases a human, but he's working on it. Being in a home is a new concept to him. He believes cats are very complex - you can sniff them, you can chase them you can even try to eat them. At this point I do not allow him alone with cats. My cats are indoor/outdoor cats and have figured out how to stay away from him.
He was not housetrained 2 weeks ago - he is 90% trained now - he flattens himself to the ground when you put a leash on him, when he's off the leash he does not run (yet). I think he would have separation problems if there were no other dogs to hang out with. Like all 9 month old Britts, he is a bundle of energy and he is a work in progress. Somebody who has time and knowledge to work with Hunter could work wonders with this cute boy.
Hunter came to us as his owner was no longer able to keep him. Hunter was neutered and brought up to date on shots when he came into rescue.
