Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Teddy, Teddy, Teddy Bear is a purebred red chow. He is about 2 years old and medium sized though his hair makes him look much larger than he is. He has fantastic friendly, quiet temperment. He "sits" and loves to "shake". He loves to shake so much that whenever there is an open hand on his level, he puts his paw in it. He is very gentle when taking treats. Teddy is also housetrained! The volunteers at the pound he was rescued from said that he was great with children and likes to play with other dogs. He has been fantastic with my cat and my small dogs who refuse to play with him--and he's ok with that. He walks well on a leash when his harness is on and does not pull. Teddy is very sensitive and a little shy, but once he settles in I think he will be the easiest most fantastic dog. It seems like he's very well trained in many ways so he should be very easy to care for.... won't you love take care of him? Teddy will be neutered, tested for heartworms, given heartworm preventative, vaccinated, dewormed, and deflead prior to adoption. Contact the AWFP for more information on how to meet and adopt Teddy.
