Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jasper was rescued from Animal Control after his owners brought him there due to them having allergies. Jasper is a typical Border Collie, he is full of energy! He will need a home where he can exercised he requires. Jasper gets along great with other dogs, kids and has been cat tested. He does need some work with house training.
