Hi, I'm Cooper! I'm a shy little man but am very loving and sweet. My foster mom knows I've had a hard life, and although she doesn't know why, she and the nice people of TPA are working hard to build my confidence. I love to be pet and sit in your lap for a good nap. My potty training skills are improving and I would love to find my forever home!


Our adoption fee is $200. Includes spay/neuter, microchip and up-to-date on vaccines. All monies go toward rescuing more animals from high-kill shelters.
