OTIS is a very sweet and people friendly fellow with lots of love to give.He needs a fenced yard and a family to include him in the family events.

Otis is part of the Terrell County Animal Control Pardon sponsored by PAWS for Hope and Faith. Although the pardon is going on its 15h week, it can end at any time and we need to find a furever home/rescue group for Otis.
