Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Pixie here! Yes, I know, the name kinda fits my small stature! But don't let my awesome petite-ness stop you from thinking I'm a great dane, because I'm ALL dane princess, baby! Mom says I'm super sweet, a wonderful companion, and really quite perfect (OK, she didn't use the words perfect, but I know she was thinking it!)
I tested well with cats at the shelter, and was even a bit afraid of them (why are they so mean, hissing at me when I nose them? Yikes!), have been introduced to older kids (8+) and did really well with them, and do well with other dogs if they are not in my face (really, I ask you, who wants dogs jumping right in your face and being all wild? I'm a _princess_, that's not my thing!) But I do well with more mellow dogs who are polite, especially if I'm given some time to get to know them (again with the manners, right? Notice my theme, here: P-R-I-N-C-E-S-S!)
And now that I'm settling in to my foster home, I'm starting to play and be frisky. Mom says anyone would be lucky to have me, and I'm sure she's right. But remember that I expect only the best, so you'll have to live up to my high standards!
