Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
WBRP SHELTER, PORT ALLEN, LA 225-336-2428
This is Lil Bit, she is a purebred Heinz 57, which means, I can't really figure out what the heck she is. But she is adorable. She is a little thing, only about 14" tall and weighs 24 lbs and approximately 2 years old. She appears to be spayed, as she does have a scar. She looks like she may have some lab in her, along with another small breed. Lil Bit, is very shy when you first meet her. She tucks her little tail between her legs. She is not at all aggressive, just seems to have afraid. Once I showed her that I wasn't going to hurt her she was very loving, giving me kisses and laying in my lap to be loved on. I picked up a stick to see if she would fetch and she acted like she was afraid I was going to hit her. I don't know if she is coming from an abuse situation or not but she needs to have her confidence built back up that she is safe and will not be hurt. She is an adorable little dog that just needs love. If you have a place in your heart and home for this sweet little girl, call the shelter asap. NO ADOPTION FEE at WBRP Shelter. All applicants are carefully screened, shelter reserves the right to refuse adoption. Vet references may be asked for
