My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Prince is a sweet little guy. He is a very hairy hairless Chinese Crested, with a little something else mixed in; we're thinking maybe Poodle. The history of his young life is a bit vague. Based on his size, appearance and coordination, he appears to be 8-9 months old. Prince is a very smart boy, is eager to please and already understands expectations and some commands. He is UTD on vaccinations and is basically house-trained, but still needs supervision. He will be neutered soon, therefore, currently wears a belly band indoors to prevent marking.

Prince is incredibly social, greeting adults and children in a very friendly manner, and loves to play fetch. He stays glued to his person's side, at present, and will bark and voice his displeasure if he cannot be there. Prince also rides very nicely in the vehicle. He is crate-trained, however he is unhappy to be there at night; we are working on his night-time behavior. He loves to sleep in the bed with his people, but as a puppy, he is much too active, roaming around the bed the whole night. He should outgrow that. He also interacts well with dogs, large and small.

Prince has a cobby-style Crested body (or his stature could be due to whatever is mixed in). He weighs 9 lbs and stands 11" at the withers, and is solid, fast and strong. He is a delightful little puppy with bright eyes and lots of love.

Prince is being fostered in NE Tennessee. Our adoption process involves an application with vet and personal references, a phone conversation, a home visit and an adoption contract. Prince's adoption fee is $275. Please email us with questions and/or to request an application.
