My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Notes: 07-05-07 This fawn boy has a DOB of 04-04-07 & a littermate. Such a cute pair of little fur-boys. One tail curls to the right, the other curls to the left. What a pair of book ends they would make!
He will need eye drops for his dry eyes.
We prefer adopters with experience with the breed or an adopter willing to research, work closely with their vet, provide the TLC he will need.

You must be willing to housebreak this pup. We want adopters with the time & patience to train him, then be there for him when he grows old & incontinent.

No fence? No problem! We prefer dedicated leash walkers.
This fur-kid is neutered & up to date on vaccinations.
He will go directly to one of our foster homes who will provide post-op surgery care. The foster mom will have the honor of naming him.

Trina, foster mom, will soon be naming this pup. He weighs 6 lbs.
He went straight from the vet to Ft. Timmerman for pics by Karl. The pic. will soon be posted.

He made a short stop by Cole Camp Pharmacy to get special eye drops.

We are hoping for an adopter with vision problems who will have empathy for the challenges he faces.

07-07 Trina with update on both pugs & corgi
We got out of bed around 8:30, puglets were ready to go! SO adorable! Got their drops in the eyes, they did great! Made it real easy for me. After the drops, they spazzed around the music room for a few minutes until I got my shoes on, then we turned them loose in the play pen to enjoy the cool hours of the morning.
Grabbed up the corgi puppy and the shredded paper fell out of the crate, took her out to join them in their play. After breakfast, they all 3 played and played, chased each other around the doghouse, played 3 way-tug-of-war with a stuffed toy, and even splashed a little in the pool! They're having a ball!

07-07 Trina has named the pups--
"The pups ran through the house for about 3 hours. They played with Wayne's toes, the kittens, toys, ect. Im glad they were able to have "house-time", its so good for them!
We decided on Mushu and Ping. The way I tell them apart is Ping's tail turns to the right. There's an I in Ping and an I in right. he he he.
They're goofy things! We also liked Dolly for the corgi. Shes a little doll.
They're all three outside enjoying the evening air. We're going to go get them, do their drops, and settle them in for the night, as soon as the sun starts going down."

07-08 Pugs & Dolly got their breakfast and pugs got their drops before heading out to the playpen. They are having a blast out there. I'm going to go get them in for a nap in the AC.
They play so much out there, they're ready for a nap around noon! Dolly plays real well, too. She is my little angel, so sweet and eager to romp with her little pug-pals. LOVE watching the 3 play!

The adoption fee ranges from $150 to $300.
The fee is based upon veterinary care, age & size of dog.
The higher adoption fee on the younger small dogs helps care for the older dogs that take longer to find fur-ever homes.
Senior citizens and disabled receive a discount.
We also offer a discount to those in uniform keeping us safe.
Land of the free because of the brave.

Our adoption process begins with the e-mail or phone call to us. We will be asking for your complete name, address, telephone number, your veterinarian contact information & at least two personal references. We will then call you to ask a series of questions.
