And I promise I will never chew anything up, or mess in the house......I just want a forever home that will love me. Oh, by the way my name is OSCAR. I came from a bad home that never groomed me and Pals had to work very hard to get all the mats off. Really, I will be a good dog and I really enjoyed being bathed and groomed, it made me feel like a new dog! I am so smart that I know if I nudge my kennel door open and run inside and sit down, my foster parents will give me a treat. I love to play and am social with other dogs, cats, and people. Oscar's foster Mom says: What a wonderful dog! Completely house trained. Doesn't bother anything, ever, that he should not. Asks to be let out; HATES sleeping in the kennel. He prefers to sleep under the covers! Will soon be playing with the cats, too, as well as the dogs. Perfect, perfect little dog. Oscar is a Shih Tzu mix and about 2 years old.
