My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pippa is a 9-month old female Chihuahua whom we rescued from a high kill LA County shelter where she ended up pregnant and as a stray. While she was there she gave birth to one very healthy puppy, which we saw and realized with all the illness and disease in shelter system neither would survive very long so we rescued them.

The puppy, Panda, is now six weeks of age and will remain with her for another three weeks and then Pippa will get spayed, which was deferred due to her new pup.

Pippa is an amazing little girl, super smart, very affectionate without being pushy and a great little companion. She would make an excellent addition to a family with older children who want to take their dog with them as part of the family, an active retired single person or couple who want a small breed dog to accompany them in their travels or a work from home professional.
