Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Etta (1803) – Std (26”/90 lbs), female, black, ~4 1/2 yrs old. Etta was turned into rescue because her owner is getting married and moving into a condo. She is also on a diet. Etta will make a good pet to an experienced dog person with no young children. She's pushy probably due to little, if any, discipline, but is a fast learner. She came with a pinch collar, which was removed by the foster mom because she doesn't need it. We were told she doesn't like men or other dogs. She's fine with the foster mom’s grown son and husband and a male friend that came to visit. She's fine unattended with the foster mom’s 2 Standards and Beagle rescue. She is not left unsupervised with the Toy rescue, just to be on the safe side. Etta shows little interest in playing outdoors with the other dogs but does like to go on walks and return to an air conditioned house. We think she would like to live in a home with a stay-at-home person(s) as she likes and seems to thrive on the attention given her. She seems to respect having a human pack leader and tries to please. Adoption fee - $175.00 ***We do not ship rescues***
