My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sophie is a 1-year-old owner surrender that we believe to be a Shih Tzu/Schnauzer mix. When she came to us she had a condition called "Cherry Eye," which is when the dog’s 3rd eyelid bulges and surgery had to be performed. Have no fear Sophie is doing wonderful, she still has drops for each of her eyes for a bit longer, but that does not slow her down one bit! Sophie LOVES to play, eat, and hoard her toys. She has piddle pad training down pat! She would do best in a home that has lots of time for her and if they have another dog, the dog should be her size or smaller. Sophie would really like her forever home to have a fenced in yard that she can run around in and she'd also love to go for lots of walks! Sophie is 14 pounds, up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed and on flea and heartworm preventative. Her adoption fee is $300.
