Meet Penny Lou. Penny was shot in the leg which caused her to lose her leg. But don't think that has Penny down, oh no it doesn't Penny is FULL of life, loves big and small dogs, children, and adults. She is just a love bug who LOVES the water and, yes, Penny Lou can swim :-)
