Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Who says older dogs are slower dogs?? Come & meet Lily -- she's 8 years young, full of energy and ready to play ball or go for a walk at the drop of a hat. Lily is a petite girl -- she's barely 30 lb. & she'd be happy to cuddle when it's time to rest. She's spayed, fully house trained and (the beauty of an older, mature dog) you can leave her for a few hours and the house is completely intact when you get home -- except Lily seems to have some aspirations as a decorator as her foster mom finds the area rugs rearranged every day! With her sweet face, one-ear-up/one-ear-down, & cute ways with her soccer ball, Lily will steal your heart and could be a great partner at those "doggie singles gatherings". Cattle dogs are generally a longer lived breed and we expect to see Lily going strong for another eight years at the very least. Lily is used to young children, however we generally don't recommend herding dogs for homes with children under about 5 years old. Before adopting a Cattle Dog, please research this breed -- we'll be happy to recommend some places to start. Only homes with fully and securely fenced yards. Adoption fee: $125
