Ivan needs a GOOD home. He has been with PAWS a long time and his fee has been reduced to $9.99. If he is adopted as a city or town cat, Ivan must be kept inside. If he goes to a country home, a year round shelter (warm in winter) and daily food and water must be provided.
He's not people crazy and would not be demanding cuddly cat. If you want a cat who is independent, Ivan may be the one for you.
