Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at 1515 Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're an all-volunteer group and need advance notice to schedule appointments. We cannot accept same-day appointments.
Before choosing a pet, we recommend meeting the pet or ask questions first. For information on a specific animal, please visit our adoption center or email us at humaneswa@yahoo.com!
This sweet silvery gray tabby guy is Tony, a very handsome silver or light gray and white male Tabby. His fur is so shiny that he looks metallic! He's approximately 10-12 weeks old (7/15). Tony is a gentle but very friendly little guy! Tony loves cuddling, and is more of a companion kitten - he eats up all the attention he can get! He's gentle and mild-mannered, but will be a bit too small to be a playmate with young children without constant supervision. He's small and fragile, too.
Be prepared for special needs with small kittens. Know they do need special care in a very safe environment, along with extra time with you to bond. Kittens should not be left alone very long - a few hours is very different from leaving them alone most of the day. We would not recommend him in a home with big dogs. He has never been around dogs. Tony currently lives at our cat adoption center, so stop in to meet him and all his friends!
Negative for FIV and FeLK, current on vaccinations.
Our adoption fee is temporarily reduced to only $50, a fee to help defray a fraction of veterinary costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits, and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care. Vet records are provided to adopters.
To apply for adoption, visit http://humanesocietyofwa.org/formsinfo.html to fill out an online application. Since Tony is too young to be neutered, an additional $100 refundable spay/neuter deposit is required at time of adoption to reinforce state law for all shelter/rescue animals to be fixed either before or after adoption. When animals are adopted from a shelter or rescue without being fixed due to young age, adopters are are required by law to have the animal fixed (at or before age 6 months). The spay/neuter deposit is refunded later upon delivery of proof (a certificate or vet records) that the kitten has been fixed. We must receive proof of the surgery by age 6 months, no matter the deposit. Pediatric spaying/neutering is an option to discuss with your vet around 4 months of age.
