My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepper is an eight-week-old mixed breed. We aren’t sure exactly what kind of mix he is. He is white with a black face and black spots. We think he might be a Pointer mix. Pepper has had a rough start, as he and his sister were abandoned at a house near our shelter. A neighbor called us and told us that we needed to come and get them or he was going to shoot them. Of course, we went and rescued them. They were both covered with fleas. They were starving and they both looked very ill. We got them to our vet and the vet said that they both had a bad case of intestinal worms. Pepper’s sister didn’t survive, but Pepper is doing well. He is now free of intestinal worms. He’s had two sets of puppy shots and he’s gained some weight. He will be getting his last set of shots soon and then we’ll neuter him. He is a very sweet and loving little pup. He loves to follow you around and for you to play with him. Pepper loves to play with other dogs and he loves his toys. Pepper is good with children and he seems to be good with cats. He is going to be a medium-sized dog, when he’s fully grown. He will be ready for adoption soon and he’s looking for his forever home. Pepper had such a rough start in life and he is ready to find a home, where he will always be loved and cared for. Are you willing to love this adorable little pup and be his forever family?
