My story

Hello, my name is Layer and I am a shorthaired Momma Cat whom's last litter has come and gone. I was found by a a very sweet old lady- her neighbor had just kicked me out because, when they never gave me a litter box, I went to the bathroom elsewhere... (I tried to be as clean as I could, using the tiles of their kitchen but I guess I was just expected to hold it!) Don't let that scare you, though.. Now that I have access to a box, I never have gone anywhere else!! :3 Of course, though, one misunderstanding and out the door I went. Of course, I wasn't fixed so I managed to have two litters of kittens before I was rescued. My oldest litter is still here (check out Ciel, one of my daughters!) and my youngest have all found their forever homes.. It's my turn now, don't you think?

I am very affectionate, and very talkative. I love to sit in your lap and rub against your hands. Anything I can do to be with my human, and I'll do it! But really, I am a perfect lapcat. I get along great with other animals and should be OK with just about any family out there! I am also fixed (no more kittens for me, woo hoo!), UTD on my shots, FIV/FLV Negative and microchipped! Please consider giving me a home of my own!
