AMAYA ( Night Rain/ Irish) . I am quite cute, sweet, and lovable. I am patient, calm, and so unique with my coat. My name fits me. I was born and then rescued on a rainy night in May.
I almost did not have the opportunity to live. I was born outside to a feral mom. When I was 2 days old our mom must have left to hunt for food because the house where I was found was not feeding her. She did not return; after hours of babies crying, the home owner started looking for a rescue to come and help. My brother, sisters and I got help after 10 hours. It was a close call. Night was about to fall and it was windy, thundering, and a light rain fell before help arrived. We were hungry, scared, and dehydrated, but overall healthy.
I am a 7 month old, DSH, female, petite, gentle natured, muted tortie calico. I have the cutest little stripe on the side of my nose. I am such a good girl. I love to be held and played with. I love interaction with my foster family and always love a lap to snuggle on and if you will let me, I love to snuggle on the bed at night with you. My foster mom says I am just the sweetest girl. I purr the minute you pick me up. I have been taught to use a kitty condo for scratching, playing and sleeping. I would make the best new friend and family member
I was adopted but,they had 3 big dogs and I just was not adjusting to them and they wanted me to be happy. My foster home now has other cats and small dogs and I am doing great.
I am spayed, feline leukemia/aids negative, current on vaccinations including rabies, and micro-chipped. I am happy, healthy, and ready for my new family.
A visitation at my foster home needs to be arranged to come and visit us. Fill out a pre-adoption application found on our website at www.pureheartsrescue.org , click on applications. Next email it to: rescue@pureheartsrescue.org for approval or call 970-590-3708 for more information. After approval a visitation will be scheduled. After rescue approval, and you love me and I love you, an adoption contract is filled out and signed. I have a $90.00 adoption fee. A discount is given for multiple adoptions.
