Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Winna is in foster with Nicole and Jack; please check out their blog:

Hello all!
Winna has been great the past couple weeks. We found out some more things about the girl, especially this past week. As we all know the fireworks were happening this week, and as she has not been particularly phased by loud noises before, we thought it would be okay to go watch the first night of fireworks. When we came back, Winna was pacing at the front door, with a few drops of pee (scared :() Ready for us to be home. She was so amped up with so much energy, that she had to sprint up and down our hallway about 4 times before she would stop spinning in circles. We decided to stay home the next 2 times with her. Winna is not usually very attention seeking however when there are fireworks, she wants to be right under your feet, or up on the couch next to you, with you petting her continuosly. She is equally not a fan of Thunder and lightning, so Winna has had quite the scary week I think. She has been a rockstar though, I must say. She has gotten so many compliments in the past couple weeks, from passer-bys and friends that have gone through Winna's journey with us. Repeatedly we have heard that she has a wonderful disposition. Very calm and collected and sweet with everybody. I believe she has also gotten happier since we got the girl groomed!! Last weekend we took her to a groomer to get her undercoat properly removed ( we brushed her everyday, and still no luck). We took her to Jet Pet Resort in Richmond and I was nervous as it was the first time of her getting groomed and bathed by someone else. Well, the groomer loved Winna and said she was stellar in the room with her and even in the bath. The groomer did a wonderful job removing all of Winna's undercoat, so when she came out, you could tell she felt like a million bucks. She prounced and smiled like she weighed that of a feather. Her coat is gleaming now and it is so soft. It is amazing what a difference it has made. Winna is patiently waiting for her new family to find her and love her dearly! Check out her adorable Pictures!!!Winna is a beautiful girl, she is a bit reserved, good with people she knows, but not going to fall in love with every stranger Labrador Retriever style. Winna is currently in a foster home and she is quite content hanging at home while her foster family is at work. She enjoys her short walks and loves her people. She prefers people to other dogs any day.
Here's a quick update form her foster home: Winna is a wonderful companion. She is very affectionate and very loyal to her people. She loves walks in the park and keeping her eye out for squirrels. Winna loves people, but she is very cautious of other dogs, especially larger males. Her lowkey demeanor is great for a working couple as she is very accustomed to a routine. All in all, Winna is a Winna. More info and pictures can be seen on her foster homes blog:
