This young lady was found in an abandoned apartment.  She may have been there for weeks with no food or water.  She is currently being taken care of by a good Samaritan who heart her cries.  He says she is very sweet and lovable, approximately three yrs old.  She is a beautiful girl and deserves a family who will love and care for her.
