Patches is an adorable boy born about 4/23/2012. Our vet tells us he's a longhaired Chihuahua/Dachshund X. He's very active & playful and quite a little clown. He loves his people. He goes where his foster mom goes! He looks like a tiny Border Collie - so cute! Patches would like a home with older children - 8 & up - due to his small size, but otherwise he'll fit into just about any family & bring lots of joy & laughter.
