My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carl is a very precious little guy. He came to us from New Jersey! He is now located in Kansas after a long ride across the country! Carl is about 13 yrs old and is a very tiny fellow at 5 pounds! He has no teeth as he was never provided dental care apparently. The few teeth he had left had to be pulled as they were very decayed and causing him pain. He is now pain free and cute as a button! He has no trouble eating kibble type food that has been soaked in water. He enjoys being cuddled and snuggled, though he can get very vocal when he wants attention, or even when he is getting attention! For such a tiny guy, he sure can be loud! He will need an adoptive family that is very understanding of some of his fear issues. we are pretty certain Carl was abused physically at some point in his life. He wants to be held but at the last minute before he is picked up, he will scream and pull away. Once you get him in your arms though, he will relax and cuddle. He is a special boy and we hope to find a special person or family for him.
