My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sampson is a brindle hound mix, about 2 years old and 50 pounds. He is very sweet and friendly with adults, children and other dogs. Sampson and his “brothers” Jack and Martin were surrendered to the Sussex County animal shelter by their owner, a veterinarian who was retiring and did not have time for them. They were not neutered, had no vaccine history and seem to have never been inside a house. Sampson is now neutered and current on all shots. He is on monthly heartworm and flea preventative. Sampson loves toys and has already learned to fetch. He is looking for a foster home or a forever home. Sampson needs some basic training, but he is a wonderful family pet.
