My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Toby is a petite one to two year old Shih Tzu who was surrendered to the county shelter in horribly matted condition (picture attached). The shelter actually said they had never seen a dog in as poor shape as Toby when he came in.

Despite his previous care, or lack there of, Toby is a spry little fellow who is adjusting well to inside life at his foster home with four other dogs and a cat. He is true to his breed and is very
friendly with people and animals of all shapes and sizes. He is eager to play with the pooches, pays no attention to the cat, and enjoys cuddling at his foster moms feet too.

Toby weighs about 11 pounds, is heart worm negative, neutered, up to date and microchiped. Toby would do well with other dogs in the home but may also enjoy having all of the love and attention that comes with being an only dog too. It's obvious he wasn't well loved in his past life but this cute boy is more than happy to have a second chance now! If you want to
