Oscar's life started out on the side of a very busy highway. His mother dropped him off and his siblings at a local business. All found homes but him. He is in a foster home getting LOTS of love and they say he is the sweetest baby. He is playing and loves to get snuggle and purr. He is about 6 weeks old now and adorable.
