Tobey is a lucky boy to be alive and here today. He was living on the streets and had a really bad case of the mange when he came to us. He is now in a foster home and having the time of his life. He is learning commands and how to go potty outside. He is a fast learner and has forgotten all about his once sad past life. he is about 8 weeks old and getting puppy vaccinations and has already been treated for the mange. He is the best puppy!!
