He will be neutered as soon as he is old enough. This boy is absolutely adorable and very smart. We think he's about 8 weeks old and very ,very, tiny. We put sheep dog because that's what the pound called him, but really have no idea? He escaped death row! Come by and meet him! He wants a new home.
