Ruby Red was rescued from a shelter in north Texas. She is 1 to 2 years old, and just as sweet as pie. Ruby is still learning about crate training and house-breaking, but she is eager to please her people, so we expect her to be a "pro"in no time at all. Ruby is very affectionate, but a little timid in new surroundings. She is good on a leash, and rides well in the car (ie: no motion sickness). Ruby likes to play with her stuffed toy when she's crated (to sleep and eat), but so far is just watching the other fosterdogs at play when they are out and about. She is respectful of the kitties in her foster home. Ruby hasn't been around many kids at her foster home, but we think she would be fine with older children (8 yeras and up) in her adoptive home.
