"This is Bubba…
He is truly a best friend to adults & children. He was raised around 3 young boys and never showed aggression toward them, our neighbors or strangers. If you don’t like dogs in the house, that’s ok because Bubba’s current living conditions suit him just fine: we have a doggie door in the garage with a cozy house, bed, food, water and some toys for him. The only problem is he doesn’t like other male dogs in his living space. "


"Bubba was born on May 7, 2002 (he's just had his 5th birthday!), and we had no intention of keeping him. You see, a friend of ours has a wife who’s a vet here in town, and she wanted to breed her dog with our Jack Russell, Black Jack. We agreed, and the last puppy that didn’t get a home somehow ended up with us...that was Bubba. For the first couple years we all got along great, but the older Bubba got, the less he & Black Jack got along. After a couple bad fights between them the vet suggested we get them neutered, which helped for a while. Bubba has a few battle wounds, and the fighting hasn’t stopped… They don’t fight very often, but when they do it's scary, and we've realized the best thing for everyone is for Bubba to find a new home where he won't have Black Jack to fight with! We'll miss him a lot, but we know it's what's best for Bubba."


Bubba is neutered, and he is UTD on his shots. Please help Bubba find a home where he can play outside and get lots of attention!
