My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Princess is probably around 3 years old. She has had two litters and finally has been spayed and has all her shots. She is currently being treated for heartworms and will be finished with that and available for adoption in May 2012 when she tests negative. Princess has always been an outdoor dog and when rescued played with the small children there and guarded their yard. She will go after some dogs and possibly cats but was never aggressive with children or to me. She is very smart and a real sweetie that hasn't ever been anywhere and so travels badly and becomes afraid. She has learned to sit, tolerates her pills and is very friendly to me. Rather than become aggressive, she will roll over on her back and refuse to move. You have to pick her up to move her. I believe she has had a hard start in life and was dumped when she became pregnant. She was an excellent mother to her puppies and now deserves a better life and a good home.
