Hi, my name is Ellie!


Hello there, I'm Ellie!! I'm a 5 month old broken coat female JRT. My brother and I ended up in a very scary shelter after being nearly starved to death, but then luckily we ended up in rescue...Sadly it was too late for my brother and he didn't make it, but that just made the rescue ladies even more determined to get me healthy, so they worried over me and babied me and fed me all kinds of special stuff, and now I'm an impish, happy-go-lucky little girl who loves to romp and play with all the other dogs here. (I don't even mind the cats!) I'm very happily crate trained, and I'm learning to be housetrained, too! I have a special place in the rescue ladies' hearts, and they're going to be miss me terribly when I leave, but they want me to have the kind of forever home all dogs deserve.


My adoption fee is $250. That covers my spaying, vaccinations, heartworm testing & preventative, de-worming, and all my other vet care, and I am SO worth it! If you think you're the right person for me, please fill out an application. You'll be glad you did!
