Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I'm Faith! I was named Faith because the two ladies that rescued me had faith that I would recover from being alone and my near death experience. My appearance was just terrible, matted coat, very thin and honestly, I was filthy. They took me to the dog doctor, tested me for diseases, gave me some shots than made me feel better. And, the best part was going to the doggie spa to be pampered with a bubble bath and a new hair style. I really liked going there and can't wait to go back. They said I was wonderful. I am now getting good food everyday, lots of love from people that really care about me. I even get to play with another small dog in my foster home. We get along pretty well, but it was a slow introduction. I was very shy about about the whole thing in the beginning, but I now have begun to trust people again. Sure, I'm still a little scared when I first meet someone, who wouldn't be after being treated the way I was and left alone to survive by myself. I want to brag now because I'm ready to find a new home where I'll be loved and nurtured and never be left alone again. I'm a very sweet, loving, petite gal at 24 pounds. I am negative for heartworms, internal parasites and have all the vaccinations I need including rabies, lepto and boratella. They gave me stuff that is called heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention also. I over heard my foster mommy saying that I need to go back to the dog doctor to get a spay, booster shots and a microchip. That should be fun, I guess that will be next week sometime! I can't go to my new home until that is done and I'm recovered. I'd love to come live with you forever. I'm not the best with little kids because I still am a bit fearful, but I do love to cuddle with adults and children over the age of 10-12 years old. Before I come to visit you, you'll need to complete an adoption application. (it is required). Also, my rescue friends require a home visit after the application for me is approved. My adoption donation is $200.00
