Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lia came to us aafter her owner passed away. There was no one to take her so the executer of the person's estate brought Lia to the shelter in Maryland. They called AMPS and asked if we could help. A foster was found and so Lia joined the AMPS family. She is a wonderful sweet good natured girl who LOVES belly rubs and kisses. She is a very affectionate girl and once her weight issue has been addressed, she will be a stunning little red girl. She is currently very obese, and was suffering from a staph infection on her skin. That has been cleared up, and she has an appointment to see the dogtor about her weight to see if it could be related to a thyroid issue. In the meanwhile though she has lost some weight and is enjoying walks through the yard, running down the hall for mealtimes, and snuggling in bed with her foster humans all night. She is a quiet girl, rarely barking, and never is a pest. In fact, we go lookin for her sometiimes to make sure she is in! She is a very good girl and would make a wonderful companion animal for any quiet family.
