Hello, I'm Drew. I have been living with a very nice group of people working together in an office. My office mates made sure I had lots to eat so I would be happy. Every day each of the co-workers would come in, greet me, and feed me, and so on, and so on, and so on throughout the day. What do you want from me, I wasn’t going to tell them I already ate...I'm the cat, I love to eat! So now I weigh 25 lbs.
Then a volunteer for SOS came into the office and wondered why I was so handsome, robust, and physically endowed (uh, I mean...why was I so fat). After a complete physical the Veterinarian said that it had nothing to do with my health, I'm 100% healthy, but it had everything to do with how much I got to eat.
Now I am in a foster home and on a diet. Soon I will be sleek and svelte, but then I will need to find a new forever home. Could that be with you?
Drew is 6 years old and already neutered. He is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He is litter trained and does not have accidents.
He will have to lose weight slowly as to not cause any negative health effects. Therefore he will require a special diet and measured meals twice a day for several months. After he reaches his ideal weight he should not have free access to food so that he does not have an opportunity to over eat again.
Drew's adoption fee is $50, which includes spay/neuter, microchip, FeLeuk/FIV testing, distemper and Rabies vaccination. Please fill out an
Adoption Application to be considered. Thank you.
