 Callie is a beautiful, sweet , 95lb female American Bulldog. She turned 2 this past December.  
Her original home was with a young woman who had to relocate across country and sadly could not bring her. Callie then went to live with a family who had children, cats and dogs . It turned out that all the family wanted Callie for was a breeding dog-Callie was immediately bred  at a little over a year old having 13 puppies. then abruptly decided they did not need her, and were going to either give her away or have her euthanized. 
Callie was thankfully rescued - spayed- and carefully placed in a foster home where she has now lived happily for the past 5 months.
   She is bright and is easily trained-she is housebroken and does basic commands.. She wants desperately to please her human and is incredibly affectionate and cooperative (knows some commands and listens to direction).
She LOVES to play fetch, go for rides, and would be a great agility dog as she lives to work!
Callie needs a permanent and stable home, where she is not left alone for hours on end, gets plenty of exercise, lots of affection and is the only dog. She is too large for a home with young children, she could easily knock a toddler down during play-older children are fine.
She has been evaluated by a known professional trainer and we will gladly share this information.
