He is neutered and vaccinated. He is housebroken, has a hearty appetite, and loves exercise! Rascal is good with dogs, cats and of course loves every person he meets. He doesn't bark too much but can be a good watch dog when needed. He sleeps quietly thru the night and just needs a permanent, loving home to call his own!
