Are you seeking a young (1 ½ yr. old) sturdy, little dog, with a very mellow loving personality? Marney may be the perfect dog as she has been an absolute delight to have as a foster dog in our home. In reality she is beyond easy as she is very obedient, house trained and desires to please. Veterinarians, who have provided her care, all comment that she is the most mellow and cooperative dog encountered in years.
Probably your next question is what kind of dog is Marney? Our best answer is...we really do not know. Vets have suggested she might be a Maltese, Bichon or a Poodle mix. We received Marney by accident as she was not the dog requested from an LA Shelter. When we learned that if she were returned her to the shelter, her life would be in jeopardy as she was past the number of days allowed in the shelter. With this information, Marney became our foster dog.
Marney weighs 9 lbs and her body is covered in low maintenance, cork screw curls. She can be a very active little dog as she loves to run and chase with other young, playful dogs, or she can be calm and quiet as her idea of a perfect evening is cuddling next to a person watching television.
