My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rascal is going to be a BIG BOY!! He is only 6 months old and is already weighing in at nearly 50 pounds!! Because of his size, we believe that Rascal is an American Bulldog but because of the subjectivity involved in breed identification, many bully breeds are targeted by breed specific legislation (BSL) that are intended to target Pit Bull Terriers. Because of this, Rascal must go to a home in a city without BSL. Rascal is currently in a home where he is doing well but he needs someone that can spend more time with him and has more room for him to exercise. He is very smart and picks up on new things very quickly. He can already sit, shake, and lay down on command. He has been around kids, cats, and other dogs and does well with all three. He has been known to chase a cat for fun. One of his best friends is a Pomeranian and the other is a Boxer… size doesn’t matter to him!! Although Rascal is still a puppy, he is coming along on his housetraining and is figuring out that jumping is not a polite thing to do. This BIG BABY is going to make someone a wonderful forever companion but he needs to be placed in a home that has the time and space that he needs.
