Wilma is a Beagle - Blue Heeler mix. She is black and tan with cream legs. She weighs just 40 pounds and is about 18 months old. Wilma was dumped at Animal Control by her owner. They had allowed her to run free her whole life - with no care. Wilma had puppies and they caught her and turned them all in. (puppies are in separate listing - Pebbles and Betty) Poor Wilma is scared - and needs your loving care. She is shy but will come around.
