My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miller is a great little guy. He's super friendly and loves everyone, well except maybe for 2-year-olds that hit him over the head with toys. He lived in a family with a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old. He was great with the 4-year old and his friends, who even used to carry Miller around the house, but he nipped the 2-year old. Mom admitted her daughter was rough with Miller and he only nipped her gently, not even breaking the skin, but the family thought Miller would be happier in another home.

Miller has been fantastic in his foster home and gets along with everyone, including the 3 cats. He's very friendly and loving. He goes in his crate at night without a whimper and is doing very well with housetraining. He doesn't have accidents as long as he's taken out regularly, but he doesn't know how to ask to go out yet.

He's 8 months old and just a little guy, weighing in at 14.6 pounds as of March 2. He's obviously predominantly beagle, but his fur is slightly longer and more fine than a typical beagle, so we're thinking he has some small spaniel mixed in. He also has a "thumb print" on the top of his head that's seen in Cavaliers. (Email for photo.) Miller has been neutered, vaccinated, wormed, and microchipped. He's on heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee is $200.
