My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Butters is a 10 month old pure-bred Papillon boy born in April 2011. He weighs 9 lbs. He is silly, energetic and sweet. He knows sit, but will need additional obedience training in his new home to be the best dog he can be. He is good with other dogs -- but can be intimidated by large dogs at first. He is great with smaller dogs. He is incredibly playful and inquisitive and he loves to lay on the couch when he finally tires out.

Butters has been examined by a vet, neutered, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines. He has also been fecal tested (and dewormed) and heartworm tested (negative). An adoption application is required via email prior to meeting any Hope 4 Paws dog in its foster home. In most cases, breeds stated in the posting are merely our best educated guess as we do not know the history of many dogs that come into the rescue.
