My story

New Listing! Meet Miss Addie! Addie is a beautiful Chocolate Lab mix, only 9 months old. She is housetrained, loves children and people - she is a real sweetheart.

Addie weighs about 55 pounds, she was spayed in Oct, 2011. She is current with all her shots. Addie is also an obedience school graduate! She is currently learning leash training. She loves to play, and running to fetch her toys. We'll update her listing this weekend with more information. Thanks!


Please note: You must be at least 28 years old to adopt a dog from us - unless you are able to demonstrate a mature lifestyle. We are not able to adopt to renters, sorry!

The prospective owner must agree to a screening process that includes an application, phone interview, pre/post adoption home visits and the signing of an adoption contract. Our goal is to find the best match for our dogs and their new families, so that everyone lives happily ever after.

We prefer homes who want to go to an obedience class. Training strengthens the bond and trust that you have with your dog, and it's fun, for both of you! Dogs like to think and to be mentally challenged. Contrary to what many people think, they don't want to be couch potatoes. The training you do together will be an investment in the future.
