My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We urgently need a foster home in Alabama for Bela!. She is a one year old apricot female waiting to come into our program. Bela is a petite one year old apricot Mastiff puppy who needs a new home where the family has more time to spend with her and is dedicated to training her out of separation anxiety issues and shyness. Since she is a puppy she needs training to help bring her through these problems.

She needs a stable loving environment where she doesn't have to be left alone for long periods of time. She has not had much socialization out in public or training.

Bela is good with other dogs of both genders. Has not been around cats. She adores her family's three year old son and would let him lay all over her while he was playing.

She DID NOT like strange men who would come to visit her family's home- would act very anxious the entire time they had friends over, and would pace and if you walked near her she would immediately run the other direction.

She LOVES to ride in the car and would jump right in as soon as the door opened. She needs a family that can spend more time with her, and preferably a home with children.
