Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Courage is a very special dog. He came to us after being found under a trash pile near death. He weighed only 27 pounds. After a month of vet care and 2 months of loving care he has rebounded to what he should be.
He was obviously used as a bait dog. His canines have been ground down and he has scars to show for his abuse. He doesn't hold this against people.
He is a loving boy who just wants to find a home. He is crate trained and loves to ride in a car. Open the door and in he goes!!
He was apparently abused by young men because he does not do well with them. He is GREAT with women, young children and adult men but teens or young males upset him. His foster has a 1 year old who he is wonderful with.
Courage would do best in a home with a couple who are active or a single person who is familiar with the breed. He is just discovering he is a dog and is going through his puppy hood that he missed. He loves to play and loves toys.
He would make a wonderful addition to the right home.
