My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was rescued from a dirty crate labled "Free Cat" at a flea market. I was cleaned up, spayed, and given all my shots. The vet estimated my age at 1 year. I love sitting on the window sill. I like it when people pet me, but I'm not good at being held.. I don't really like other cats bothering me, so I think I may be happiest as an only child or with any older cat. I am very quiet and laid-back but you will hear me chirping around the house on occasion.. I am extremely loveable, and I hope to find a nice family soon.
Rosie is a "special needs" kitty. She does not groom herself well and has eccentric behaviors. That is not abnormal for some cats, but It is no doubt that Rosie was neglected. Since we do not know what happened to Rosie in her past, we need an experienced adopted parent who is not looking for the "perfect" cat. Or an experienced foster parent who can access her needs and what home is best suited for Rosie. She is definitely a sweet and beautiful kitty!
