Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlene came to WRR after being found abandonded for weeks tied to a poll. She was dehydrated, emaciated, heartworm +, and losing her fur. Despite this harsh background, Charlene is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. From the care of the WRR staff, she is eating and drinking like a princess, and her fur is growing back. She loves to be outside with her human friends and go for walks. She needs a special home who is willing to give her the second chance she deserves.
