Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Beau. I am a 9year old, Male, Blue Merle Aussie. My story is quite sad before coming to The Pet Rescue Center on February 3rd. I lived with my mom and dad for 8 years in doors. They separated and I went to live with a relative of theirs. I was taken from my comfortable, condo living to strictly outdoors on large property. I did not understand why they wouldn’t let me in! For 5 months I slept in the cold with a bark collar on. They then went on to dump me at a Norco Shelter because I was too interested in their chickens. Now that I have been with The PRC, I have been in much brighter spirits. I am a very easy going, low energy dog. I like other dogs, cats, and children. I would very much like another chance to have a family who will love me the way I deserve to be loved. Come meet with me if I seem like the dog for you!
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email us at info@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html. Completed applications can be faxed to 949-768-5759 or emailed to: info@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
